Cancellation Details & Policies:
All Cancellations and booking changes must be made 7 Days prior to expected arrival date, or 1 nights tariff will be charged. For No Show, full tariff will be charged. After date of arrival all charges apply. Cancellations between Dec 25th & Jan 15th are subject to 1 nights accommodation charge.
Special accommodation & Group bookings Cancellation Policy:
All Cancellations and booking changes must be made 30 Days prior to expected arrival date, or full tariff will be charged For No Show, full tariff will be charged.
Smoking Policy:
If smoke is detected in a non-smoking unit we will charge $150.00 as we are required to restore the unit to its non smoking status.
Noise Policy: Noise must cease between 10.00pm - 7.30 am for the benefit of other Guests.
Parties prohibited. Pool use may continue at management discretion, however noise levels must be minimum. Mineral pools echo so please talk softly after hours.
