Cancellation of less than 7 days notice prior to arrival date will incur a charge of one nights accommodation, unless we are able to re-let the unit(s).
After arrival date full accommodation charges apply.
No Show will incur full accommodation charge as penalty.
30 days cancellation required for special events.
