ASURE Cleveland Rotorua offers comfortable, spacious facilities with all the amenities you need. All units are air conditioned and heated.
We offer the following facilities for the use of all our guests.

Free unlimited wireless internet access is available for up to 3 wireless devices in all rooms.
Heated Freshwater Swimming Pool
Our large freshwater pool is surrounded by flowers in bloom during summer and large, manicured grassland. Guests can enjoy year-round use of the pool which varies in temperature with the seasons.
The pool is stunning at night – ideal for couples after a bit of romance or for some much needed "me time".
Geothermal Pools
The alkaline waters of our mineral pools, at 39C-41C all year round, are said to soothe muscles, and may relieve joint pain and any niggles you make have. Soak and relax between 7am-10pm.
Free Parking
We offer free off-road parking and has enough space for guests to park extra cars, boats, trailers and even buses (please advise when booking if extra parking is required).
Barbeque Area
Our barbeque area caters for both small and large groups.
Enjoy the use of the barbeque area for a special occasion or larger group. Make use of our spacious grounds with well manicured gardens. The barbeques are ideal for entertaining large group breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
All barbeques are available for use free of charge and you are welcome to use them between the hours 7am and 9pm.
Family Playground
For family friendly accommodation in Rotorua, look no further! Our playground is well equipped for children looking to release some energy!
Designed for children under 13 years of age, it has a variety of equipment to choose from, including two trampolines, two swings and a slide.
Bring your cricket gear, soccer or rugby ball as there is plenty of space for children to play without disturbing other guests.
Pet Friendly Accommodation
We now offer a limited number of units available for guests with small pets. Bookings for these units can only be made over the phone so that we may establish the breed of dog and ensure you are aware of our house rules.
Guest Laundry
2 coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available and on sunny days you can use the clothes line by the children's playground.
4.5 Star Quality Beds and Mattresses Available
Enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep on our new top of the line beds. Developed in conjunction with the International Chiropractors Association, these beds have been designed to provide spinal support and promote postural alignment.
Guests love our new beds and pillows so much that many want to buy one for their own home! Due to the high number of enquiries about our beds, we are pleased to now offer guests the option of purchasing their own at a special price from the factory.
