ASURE Cleveland Rotorua Terms and Conditions are set out for the safety and enjoyment of all guests staying. The person checking into the unit and/or signing the registration card acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting ASURE Cleveland Rotorua and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with authority of the Guest.

  •     As a part of the check in process, the guest is required to provide a valid

              Government authorized photo ID and a valid credit card.

  •    Guests agree to pay all charges incurred by them and their visitors during

              their stay including any fees or charges incurred as a result of a breach

              of the terms and conditions below.

  • Payment Terms:
    • Debit/Credit Card Charges:
    • Visa/Mastercard: 2%
    • Other Cards: 4%
    • Eftpos Payments: Free of charge
    • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards, Debit cards (No cash accepted)
  • Promotional Deals:
    • Validity: Applicable outside public holidays and long weekends
    • Eligibility: Valid for direct bookings (phone or website) using AA promo codes
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Flexible Cancellation Policy: Credit cards will be charged two days prior to arrival.
    • Prepaid or Non-Refundable Rates: Credit cards will be charged at the time of booking.
    • No Show: Failure to show up or early departure will result in the full amount being charged.
  • Group Bookings (2 or more rooms):
    • Different cancellation policy applies (Check with us before booking
  •    ·  Cleaning Services: Our housekeeping team will service your apartment daily except on Sundays and public holidays.

 

ASURE Cleveland Rotorua Terms & Conditions For Your Stay: 

  •  No parties allowed.
  •  No visitors allowed after 9:30 pm, whether relatives or not.
  •  Correct number of guests must be recorded and paid for during check-in.
  •  No noise after 9:30 pm.
  •  Any un-booked guests found in or around your apartment after 9:30 pm will be charged to your credit card at $75 per person per night.
  •  Any behavior by your group or your guests that disturbs other guests, neighbors, or the property owners will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
  •  Room towels are for use only in your room and must not be taken off the premises for use elsewhere.
  •  Pool towels can be rented from Reception at $2 per towel.
  •  Pools are open from 7 am till 10 pm.
  •  Playground equipment is not to be moved.
  •  Trampolines are only for use by children 12 and under; no adults allowed.
  •  Swings and slides are for children aged 10 and under.
  •  Excessive dirty dishes or rubbish in your room will incur a $30 cleaning fee.
  •  All apartments are strictly no-smoking areas, and a fee of $275.00 will be charged to restore the apartment to its non-smoking status.
  •  Cooking food that leaves strong smells (e.g., fish, curry) will cost between $275.00 to $2400 for room refreshment; use the central kitchen instead.
  •  At check-in, full payment and details of a valid credit card are required before receiving the key.
  •  If you do not have a credit card, a cash bond of $300 may be required, refundable within 7 days of check-out (less any missing or damaged items).
  •  Check-out is at 10 am, and the room key must be handed in to Reception or placed in the key drop box outside Reception.
  •  Do not leave your room unlocked.
  •  Lost keys or keys not handed to Reception may result in a lock change, and charges ranging from $150.00 to $300.00 will be payable.
  •  Some rules are in place due to the behavior of previous guests at ASURE Cleveland Rotorua, and they are not intended to be offensive. Enjoy your stay!
